I am a 33 year old artist and photographer living and working on the Isle of Mull ,off the West coast of Scotland

I see my photographs as a canvas, using various tools to create images that represent how I perceive the world around me.

I try to peel back the layers of modern life to expose the magic & mystery present in the landscape... the world that still lingers beneath the surface...one of legend and of the 'old ways'.

With a lifelong interest in Celtic beliefs, nature and the supernatural, I see Scotland as a truly Enchanted Isle, full of the magic and wonder we felt as a child - but somehow lost along the road to adulthood.

Influences on my work include Simon Marsden, Kate Bush, Tori Amos, Loreena McKennitt , M.R.James and J.R.R.Tolkien
