Christie Marie was born in 1976 and raised in Oklahoma, with a few brief childhood years in Florida. She attended High School at Mustang High School in Mustang, Oklahoma, graduating in 1994. She has also attended Community College at Redlands Community College in El Reno, OK where she acquired her Associate Degree in Business Administration. She is now a single mother of 2 charming young boys, Jacob and Xander. During the day, she works in administrative management in the insurance industry. In her spare time she enjoys creating her artwork, reading novels, cooking and enjoying her children. She is a lover of nature and appreciates the often overlooked beauty of life.
Christie’s lifetime has been filled with a rollercoaster of emotion and experiences. She draws inspiration from her life events and expresses herself through digital art and photography. Through the years she has always used some artistic method to release the powerful emotion held within. Other sources of inspiration are drawn from the life experience of her mother, grandmother and other family members.
Christie’s art usually is in the abstract digital medium. She also does 3D digital art – landscapes, illustration and abstract. She has been successful in selling her artwork and aspires to one day make a decent living doing what she loves so that she can devote more time to her family and children.
